Cord blood receiving, processing and storing.
- Reading and understanding SOPs
- To monitor and document the temperature of an equipment.
- Perform equipment usage log on daily basis.
- Testing - Leukocyte count for Precount, Prefreeze pre dmso count and post thaw count, viability, CD34+

enumeration.
- Quality control for Haematology analyser, BD FACS Calibur, Trypan Blue.
- Documentation for receiving register, storage register, master record log, sterility register etc.
- Maintaining quality, to prevent from contamination, to maintain integrity of the cord blood unit throughout

processing till storing in LN2 tank.
- Receiving of reports from testing vendor, review and filing in client’s unit chart file.
- Shifting of final product from quarantine tank to permanent tank.
- Maintains laboratory equipment performance by making quality criteria.
- Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by holding back stock to set inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain smooth laboratory workflow.
- Perform laboratory administrative duties as assigned.
- Other, as assigned.
