The **Maintenance Executive **is responsible for the successful execution, performance and completion of the Project during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

- Manage the site team on productivity, cost control, programme, quality, EHS and site security.
- Implement, review and approve weekly reports on defect rectification status to the Management.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Authorities and external parties (such as Homeowners and public in general, if need be).
- Prepare maintenance budget for defect clearance.
- Approve and verify subcontractors and suppliers’ quotations and claims.
- Approve Material and Plant Requisition.
- Implement systems for recording instructions and works under VO.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Building Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of building and civil engineering/ real estate/ property experience
- Experience in structural and architectural works and finishing
- Familiar with maintenance works during DLP period is an added advantage
