**About the Role**:As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll be the go-to contact for our clients, supporting them with their needs and ensuring they get the most value from our services. You’ll play a key role in client satisfaction by managing communications, addressing questions, and coordinating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing their needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate client communications, managing regular check-ins, follow-ups on inquiries, and prompt responses to any questions or concerns.
- Proactively assist in tracking and monitoring client accounts, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and support) to ensure seamless, timely, and effective support for client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives and industry trends to anticipate needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience by guiding them through product setup and initial training.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Graduate from local polytechnic or a bachelor’s degree graduate in any related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in client success.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client relationships.
- Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.

Pay: $2,565.34 - $4,504.43 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
