**EXTERNAL: Towards A Global Market, MNC Customers & Competitors**
- Communicate with WEO's global MNC customers - develop strong understanding of customer requirements and goals, working together with Sales Team to increase Company's sales revenue and market share
- Studying competitors and keeping afloat in technological advancements
- Assisting in Sales & Marketing efforts, including participation in overseas exhibitions and campaigns
- Conduct market research, developing and implementing sales strategies (Both in Singapore and Regionally)
- Ensuring market competitiveness - Aligning customer needs to Company's core competitiveness

**INTERNAL: Inter-Departmental Efforts**
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to develop and manage key suppliers locally and globally
- Being the communication intermediary to translate and align customer needs to WEO's core competitiveness - working closely with Sales Team, our China and Malaysia factories and our international R&D and Engineering Teams
- Leading a cross-functional team for projects as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Background in Engineering is a MUST. Optics background preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years Product/Project Engineer experience required.
- Strong interest in Optics/Electronics/R&D technology integration.
