Assistant Golf Coach

**Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Entry-Level Golf Coach to join our team. As a Golf Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and instructing beginner adult and junior golfers in the fundamentals of the game. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Beginner Golf Lessons: Develop and deliver instructional lessons to beginner adult and junior golfers, focusing on fundamental skills, including grip, stance, swing mechanics, and proper etiquette.
- Create Lesson Plans: Prepare structured lesson plans and training programs tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of individual students or small groups.
- Demonstrate Techniques: Teach golfing techniques, such as driving, iron shots, chipping, putting, and bunker play, using effective demonstrations, verbal instructions, and visual aids.
- Provide Individual Feedback: Observe and analyze the performance of students during practice sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and overall golfing abilities.
- Develop Training Drills: Design and implement various training drills and exercises to enhance students' golfing skills, coordination, and physical fitness.
- Promote Safety and Etiquette: Instruct students on golf course etiquette, safety guidelines, and rules of play, emphasizing respect for the game, course, and fellow players.
- Monitor Progress: Track and monitor the progress of students, documenting their skill development and suggesting appropriate adjustments to their training programs.
- Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere for beginner golfers, encouraging their participation, enjoyment, and long-term engagement in the sport.
- Provide Equipment Recommendations: Advise students on suitable golf clubs, balls, and other equipment based on their skill levels, physical attributes, and personal preferences.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with current trends, developments, and techniques in golf instruction and coaching through continuous learning and professional development.

- Golfing Expertise: Possess a strong background and knowledge of golf, including the rules, techniques, equipment, and etiquette associated with the game.
