**Provide Engaging Coaching**:Deliver dynamic golf coaching sessions for both juniors and adults, tailored to meet individual and group skill levels and needs.
- **Support Development Programs**:Actively contribute to the Junior Golf Program (JGP) and High-Performance Program, fostering player growth and progression.
- **Lead School-Based Initiatives**:Conduct golf tuition in collaboration with local schools, establishing and nurturing school partnerships.
- **Ensure Safety Standards**:Uphold and promote safety practices in all coaching activities, prioritizing the well-being of players.
- **Mentor Junior Golfers**:Inspire and guide young golfers, encouraging discipline, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
- **Design Personalized Training Plans**:Develop individualized training plans based on assessments to address each player’s strengths, areas for improvement, and goals.
- **Organize Skill-Building Events**:Assist in organizing golf clinics, workshops, and tournaments to support skill development and strengthen community engagement.
- **Manage Coaching Resources**:Maintain, organize, and prepare all coaching equipment to ensure it is available and in top condition for every session.
- **Stay Updated and Innovative**:Continuously update knowledge of best practices in golf coaching, integrating new techniques to enhance training quality.

**Job Requirements**

**_Qualifications _**
- Qualified Golf Professional with certification or relevant accreditation.
- Registered on the National Register of Coaches (NROC), as per Singapore Sports requirements.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate to ensure the safety and well-being of all players.

**_Experience _**
- At least 2 years of coaching experience with a focus on juniors and school-based tuition.
- Prior involvement with school-based golf programs is highly advantageous, contributing to effective partnerships and outreach.
- Familiarity with developing high-performance sports programs is a valuable asset, enhancing the overall coaching strategy.

**_Skills & Knowledge _**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to engage, inspire, and motivate young players, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Skilled in tailoring coaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
