**Job description**

Ebb & Flow Group is seeking a highly motivated, empathetic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive, oversee and manage procurement related matters and training administration for ground staff.

**As a Procurement Executive, you can expect to do the following**:

- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Analyse and compare pricing proposals from several trusted suppliers before negotiating terms and prices to obtain the best deal for the company.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
- Monitoring contracts to ensure that the supplier meets expectations and invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Logistic - handle shipping, receiving and distribution matters
- Property administration - tag and track capital and controllable assets
- Keep track of all goods and services ordered and received, and maintain accurate inventory records including details on price, performance, and delivery.
- Manage all purchasing and inventory recording for all of our fnb outlets
- Assist with outlet operation matters
- Work closely with chefs and outlet managers on food and beverage costs.
