**Technical Lead in Digital Marketing Execution Product team**

As our Company goes more Digital, there is significant transformation required to realize value through digital marketing capabilities. We are shifting from projects and large programs to products and agile delivery teams. We have 3 primary goals in this transformation:

- Increase commercial efficiency by complementing and augmenting impact of promotional activities and field forces thru digital capabilities
- Increase customer engagement by delivering data-driven experiences that are relevant, personalized and intuitive.
- Build highly flexible, rapid and scaled agile teams who can pivot on priorities and customer needs

The Digital Marketing Execution product team provides campaign management, marketing automation, omnichannel campaign orchestration, personalization, digital identity, and consent capabilities to our local and regional marketers and their partners. Success is highly dependent on the integration of products and services provided by all of the value teams, as well as, our marketing execution platform partners (i.e. Veeva, Sales Force, Akamai, Aktana, ZS, AWS etc).

Technical lead role in Digital Marketing Execution product team leads and coordinates the way features are implemented and applies proven design approaches to achieve resilience and extensibility in Digital Identity Hub and Consent Hub; interfaces with Delivery Teams to communicate architecture strategy and understand potential constraints; identifies opportunities for refactoring and improvement. Responsibilities:

- Perform design, development and support of existing and new features
- Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements and product architectural solutions
- Work with Product Manager in planning and execution of new feature releases
- Consult business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified features
- Work with product owners and product teams in solution demonstrations
- Work with product owners and product teams in the solution engineering efforts
- Maintain product roadmap and architectural standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives
- Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers
- Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features

**Education Minimum Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- 7+ years of experience in digital identity and consent management technology such as Akamai, CDP and so on
- 5+ years of Experience using Akamai digital identity service and AWS within an integrated environment with Google Analytics 360, Veeva CRM, SFMC, Connect HCP portal
- Understand data design and data models for digital profile and consent management technology
- Overall knowledge with commercial and custom capabilities that support digital marketing execution (i.e. MDM solutions, Identity solutions, Veeva, SalesForce Solutions, Personalization, Next Best Engagement Solutions)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable recommendations
- Experience from working in agile environment - understanding of MVP and build-measure-learn concept and principles
- Proven success in delivering and supporting user facing products, services, and integrations
- Ability to balance business and user needs while considering technical limitations
- Understanding of ROIs definition and marketing campaign performance metrics
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a globally dispersed team
- Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Information Science, Math, Computer Science, or related field of study
- Ten (10) years of experience in IT
- AWS certificate
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for development of capabilities in Marketing and sales in the Healthcare space
- Ability and desire to work independently as part of remote, interdisciplinary teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
