Promote the Gallery and establish strong relationships with potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in gallery operation and art fairs as an art advisor.
- Proper art-handling and preparation of artwork for client or gallery viewings, which includes installing artwork and arranging the viewing space.
- Conduct research and perform administrative duties specific to exhibitions.
- Artwork transporting, install and de-install exhibitions, working with outside contractors as necessary.
- Database management of artworks, tools, materials, inventory, and price list
- Arranging shipping (domestic, import/export) and coordinating with logistics companies
- Liaison with Whitestone staff in other countries
- Maintain the gallery’s visual appearance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

[Requirement]
- Software Skill (Microsoft / Adobe illustrator / Photoshop is a plus)
- Communication Skills to liaise with Artist and to communicate with high-end customers
- Marketing skills and experience
- Written and spoken English skills

[Working Hours]
- Working hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
- 5days work in shift per week, Tue - Sun (Gallery closed on Monday and Public Holidays)

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
