**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5-day work week)
**Availability**:Immediate or short notice preferred
**Work Environment**:Workshop, manufacturing, and office-based (non-construction site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert consultation and support to clients on all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Fire Safetymatters.
- Conduct daily site inspections within a workshop/manufacturing/office environment to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Support and lead incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Plan and deliver in-house safety training programs to raise safety awareness among employees.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., MOM, SCDF) to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure all practices are in line with the WSH Act and Fire Safety Act.
- Fulfil responsibilities as a registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM), including emergency preparedness and fire safety planning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing a Safety and Health Management System (SHMS).
- Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Registered as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
- Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, codes of practice, and fire safety guidelines.
- Skilled in safety documentation, including risk assessments, safe work procedures, permit-to-work systems, and emergency plans.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to commit to a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
