**Responsibilities**:

- To assist and manage Safety / Workplace Safety & Health matters in Companies
- Assist in the development, maintenance and the regular review of all workplace safety and health matters
- Conduct regular safety inspections to safeguard all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers obey with safety regulations
- Ensure all Statutory act & regulations, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all employees
- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation
- Ensure Risk Assessment and RA register for sites are updated and reviewed annually.
- Maintain all Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
- Responsible as Fire Safety Manager and ensuring functional emergency response
- Manage sub-contractors' safety procedures and ensure compliance with the organization's Health and Safety standards, policies and practices
- Recommend safety measures, safe work procedures, and environmental matters.
- Coordinate and conduct HSE related trainings
- Prepare and conduct WSH Induction Program for all new employees and periodic WSH trainings to existing employees
- Maintain FSM, HSE licenses and related certificates
- Plan, coordinate and assist in Internal & External Safety and Health audits (ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001/etc)
- Ensure all safety related equipment and facilities are properly maintained
- Maintain compliance with SCDF Fire Safety Act and ensure all the fire risks are eliminated to maintain SCDF Fire Certificate
- Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and the maintenance of emergency response equipment.
- Responsible for investigating, analysing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommend means of preventing recurrence, and prepare Incident Report
- To prepare monthly reporting of Safety and Health
- To verify and report to Company in a well-timed manner for any safety infringement and incident/accident

**Requirements**:

- Must be MOM Registered WSH Officer minimum of 2years, ECO optional.
- Familiar with OSH / ISO documention.
- Possess good communication skills
- Expected & last drawn salary
- Earliest availability date/ notice period
