**What You Will Achieve**
Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help Pfizer determine the manufacturing methods, procedures and tooling requirements. You will manage and provide support to ensure successful commissioning and qualification for the new material transfer system, AMPS and Catalyst. You will provide training for the operations team for the new material transfer system, AMPS and Catalyst. You will deploy and use the IMEX “way of working” for day to day operations, problem solving, escalations and continuous improvement.

**How You Will Achieve It**:

- Participate as system SME (material transfer system, AMPS and Catalyst) in project team to provide expert insight and ensure the system meets business requirement.
- Coordinate and work with cross-function teams to ensure the system go live smoothly and provide support to ensure successful commissioning and qualification of the system.
- Ensure seamless data flow through all interfaces and hierarchies of system connectivity, within control system and to other business systems.
- Prepare and review system development lifecycle documents
- Troubleshoot material transfer system, AMPS and Catalyst related issues. Participate or lead quality or safety investigations and implement automation solutions resulting from these investigations.
- Provide trainings for the new material transfer system, AMPS and Catalyst to all the stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution.
- Play an active and impactful role to deliver flawless execution for the PCT by updating performance against metrics, highlighting & resolving issues, with appropriate escalations
- Work with the PCT to identify and drive improvement as per the continuous improvement (CI) goals of the PCT
- Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
- Uphold Pfizer’s code of conduct and values

**Qualifications**
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience
- Deep knowledge in material tracking system, AMPS and Catalyst.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in process automation system, preferably in Emerson DeltaV.
- Experience and knowledge in end to end material transfer process flow.
- Embrace the use of digital technology to scale and speed up every form of interaction and action
