**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

The High-End Manager is responsible for the definition of the local High-End strategy, its development, and achievements of targets, whilst raising High-End awareness and developing relevant sales force, maximizing in-boutique & events sales as well as working closely with all local departments.

**Business Development**
- Define and implement the HE strategy, targets and action plan for all markets and networks
- Collaborate with all corporate departments and boutiques on implementation of sales development plans
- Motivate and support the HJ sales teams and boutique management teams
- Help develop sales tools, and educational tools for the network
- Ensure High-End operations excellence and ideal assortments in collaboration with SEAO High Jewelry Regional Department
- Drive HJ sales teams and boutiques towards new business initiatives and sales opportunities both within, and outside of the boutique environment
- Define commercial conditions for local partners alongside commercial leadership & international teams
- Assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective strategy to target and acquire new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
- Develop a network of business introducers to introduce their Clients to the Maison
- Identify partnership with high-end companies in coordination with the Client team and develop action plans to collaborate with these new partners in order to recruit new high-end Clients
- Manage a team of 2 Community Managers and HE team’s annual budget

**Client Relationship & Portfolio Development**
- Cultivate exceptional client relationships to maintain and enhance the client loyalty
- Establish action plans and strategies to increase and develop HE Community’s client base, in collaboration with Regional and international HJ team
- Efficiently support the HJ Community Manager to develop the HE Sales force’s portfolio.
- Participate in client Events
- Support client’s department on client’s acquisition, upgrade & satisfaction strategy
- Collaborate with client’s department on High-End intermediaries’ development
- Support the team and the client department in the production of a client treatment calendar made to measure for each HE client
- Get involved and personally support the markets in recruiting and developing their relationships with their clients (e.g., participate to client treatments, attend functions, network, etc.). Think out of the box to attract new HE clients.

**High End Community Development. Training & Coaching**
- Be a Leader and the key representative of the HE community in the markets, interacting closely with all departments and representatives across boutiques
- Ensure optimized operations and training, equipping the team with product and sales training
- Manage client entertainment and maintain / build relationships, oversee VIP client treatment, and consistently promote the brand's image within the community
- Support HJ Sales Experts on the preparation of their submissions and deals (collaborating with the HJ Community Manager)
- Set and review collective & individual targets with commercial leadership
- Supervise submissions and discounts requests with commercial management & central team
- Support special order activity and HE after sales service, product transformation by ensuring quality and fast process of all requests (in collaboration with Regional & International Department)
- Support the commercial team throughout the year with product knowledge on the collections, creations in stock and novelties
- Represent the Maison in all HE events (Biennale, fairs, events, etc.)
- Give feedback on competition, market trends and share clients’ feedback towards our creations
- Support in developing HJ sales force community organizing regular meetings in collaboration with Marketing, Learning and Development and HJ Community Manager.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have at least 8 years of experience in the luxury industry in High-Jewelery or Jewelry category management or marketing.
