Lead - Digital Transformation Office

He/she shall be responsible in reviewing, directing, planning, and coordination activities related to Digitization and Integrated Digital Delivery for the company. He/she is responsible for creating or driving the policies and strategies to meet the company goals towards digitization and integrated digital delivery in regions of the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South Asia. Additionally, He/she shall lead the day-to-day operations of the Digital Transformation Office team to achieve the company’s mission to:
Increase productivity with support of technology and innovative solutioning.

Building up staffs for buildingSMART Digital Deliver Management Accreditation

Improving data quality deliverables for project submissions (especially for BCA CorenetX submission platform)

Maintaining and adhering to ISO19560 by reviewing and improving processes and data management

Bringing the company up to speed on being a digital enabled and data driven organization

Establishing Digital Delivery “Clinic” and trainings as first line services to support staffs on their journey to becoming more digitally enabled

Responsibilities include improving digital knowledge and ability of designers in producing quality data, of operational level (Project Directors, Project Managers Project Coordinators etc.) in effectively managing digital projects and of management level for better stakeholder presentation on digitization.

Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your digital transformation targets which duties include assisting in hitting annual targets of building digital knowledge and abilities in the Middle East, South East Asia, and South Asia regions.

**Responsibilities**:
Advocate digital initiative, transformation and innovation to both internal and external facing.

Review and advise digital projects best practices and workflows.

Prepare and manage policies, standards and guides related to Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD).

Conduct training and mentoring on digital delivery, management and use of technical solutions.

Provide consultation or support services to digital projects in the areas of Building Information. Modelling/Management (BIM), IDD and/or Virtual Design Construction (VDC).

Review and inform, Management and Business Units on new solutions in the market.

Investigate and coordinate with IT Specialist(s)/Application Administrator(s)/Vendor(s) on issues like software technical issues, network slowness, license compliance etc.

Provide administration and/or consultation support on product licenses and Common Data Environment (CDE).

Provide helpdesk support to resolve and /or escalate any staff reported issues related to product vendors.

Craft and execute custom training upon request by business units.

**Requirements**:
Working knowledge of any digital delivery solutions from Autodesk, Bentley Systems, Graphisoft etc.

Broad understanding of capabilities, interoperability, Pros and Cons of various digital solutions in the market.

8+ years’ experience working on complex medium to large-scale integrated digital delivery project(s).

8+ years’ experience working in a multi-disciplined engineering production environment.

Diploma in relevant engineering field or higher with certification or modules related to integrated digital delivery.

Knowledge of Singapore Authority requirements and submissions.

Knowledge of Singapore IDD/BIM/VDC Guides and standards.

Able to manage sensitive and often confidential information.

Able to develop automation, script, templates and library is advantageous.

Skilled in data analytics is advantageous.

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, self-empowered, self-initiated and responsible.

Good interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and as part of an effective team.
