**Head of PI/Cyber
Responsibilities include:

- Focus on building a Cyber and Professional Indemnity portfolio within APAC
- Contribute to the profitable growth of Professional Lines APAC portfolio.
- Provide input and feedback at the weekly underwriting meetings.
- Creates and utilizes marketing materials and other product collateral to support marketing and production initiatives.
- Establish, build, and create underwriting guidelines and tools for the purpose of demonstrating our ambition to be a credible leader in PI/Cyber suitable for the APAC region
- Responsible for all technical input in developing a Cyber /PI product for the region
- Develop a broker and cedant plan for each assigned producer/territory; and manage and own the relationship in terms of analysis, catch up meetings and entertainment.
- Full and thorough underwriting of all accounts in accordance with underwriting guidelines and individual authority granted by management. Monitoring all industry and specific account trends. Implementing a field service reputation that is recognized as superior in the industry.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 12 years underwriting experience
- Experience in underwriting and have technical knowledge of underwriting large Commercial and PI placements desirable
- Ability to travel to regional countries to build relationship with local business partners
- Self-starter with initiative to solve problem and make decisions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a pressured environment.
- Appetite and hunger to learn and grow and ‘go the extra mile’.
- Eye for detail and ability to organize efficiently
- Competent computer skills
