**Media Communications Executive**

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Media Communication
- Write, proofread and edit articles for timely production of the communication materials.
- Organise articles and materials for design layout.
- Plan and report regular writeups schedule.
- Assist in the writing of various Report, promotional material and other publications.
- Liaise with colleagues on production of consistent corporate communications material such as announcements and notifications.
- Maintain a library of resources for use (eg. announcement, quotes, photographs, videos and publications)
- Keep abreast of communication trends and Life Long Learning developments.
2. Website and Social Media platforms Management
- Manage and maintain school’s website and social media platforms professionally
- Develop the school’s social media profiles and presence
- Improve online engagements with regular, consistent and innovative updates
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks
- Work closely with various departments for new and fresh content.
- Coordinate with website service provider for changes and updates.
- Monitor statistics of online engagements.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist in daily sales and marketing duties and tasks as assigned
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirement for current and future programs
- Assist in organizing Professional Workshops and Talks
- Answering phone calls for enquires on school’s programs
4. Lead Generation and Digital Marketing

SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize and perform in an environment of multiple changing priorities, meeting deadlines and project management.
- Excellent Communication and Administrative Skills
- Excels at developing and maintaining existing relationships - internal and external
- Strong commitment to customer service deliverable activities
- Possess initiatives, able to take action, think ahead and assertively act
- Proven analytical, conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills able to generate workable solutions
- Resource aware i.e. Know where to go to find answers
- Professional whose honesty and integrity provide for effective optimal business relationships
**Requirement**

1. Degree holder from a recognised University.

2. Excellence organization, communication and inter-personal skills

3. Good Command of written and spoken English. Good Communication and Inter-personal skills, Knowledge in CRM, SEO, SEM is highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
