Client Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
**Pre-Sales Engagement**
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend tailored FX trading solutions built on cloud-based platforms.
- Deliver product walkthroughs, proof-of-concept setups, and technical demonstrations to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
- Create persuasive proposals and presentations to communicate the value of the solution.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with platform features and upcoming enhancements.
**Post-Sales Implementation & Integration**
- Lead the onboarding and integration process, ensuring successful client deployment and configuration of FX systems.
- Translate client business and technical requirements into clear documentation for internal delivery teams.
- Oversee and support testing, connectivity, and system go-live processes.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Track client usage and feedback to identify potential improvements and support product evolution.
- Partner with account managers to identify opportunities for platform expansion or new feature adoption.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in FX trading technology, client integration, or fintech implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of FX markets including spot, forwards, swaps, and options.
- Experience in client-facing technical roles such as pre-sales, integration, or onboarding.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, APIs, electronic trading workflows, and cloud-based platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical topics to varied audiences.
- Proven success in managing client integrations and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Business proficiency in Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is a plus.
