Responsibilities
- Revit software, architecture, structural, and MEP design expertise Verify that BIM standards are consistent with Authority submissions.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to meet project requirements.
- Complete all drafting assignments as instructed.
- Each drawing must be received, distributed, documented, and archived individually.
- Control over drawing distribution to relevant parties.
- Prepare a drawing transmittal for subcontractor submission or issuance.
- Replace and update the current revision status.
- Compile the As-Built drawings once the project is completed.

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of operational BIM modeling is required.
- Hands-on BIM/REVIT experience is required.
- Working Location: Aljunied
- Working Time: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
