We are a Singapore-based art studio conducting art workshops and selling art supplies.

We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager to manage our sales, workshops, programme line up, operations and customer service. It would be best if you can also assist in simple design and marketing collaterals. You will be required to manage a team of 2 part-time assistants, and our part-time teachers.

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years work experience in any field (sales and studio operations preferred)
- Possess at least a Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Able to use Inventory software, Google docs, Shopify platform to manage and track inventory movement
- Able to use (or willing to learn) apps or software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, MailChimp) to design and create marketing content
- Well-versed at using social media platforms
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good with numbers
- Enjoys connecting with people, interacting with others
- Detail-oriented, highly meticulous and organised
- Loves cleanliness
- Results-oriented
- Creative and strategic in problem-solving and driving sales
- Up-to-date on the latest trends in art and design
- Great initiative and proactive
- Self-motivated, able to work independently without supervision
- Effective communication and ability to work in a team
- Able to work fast, multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

**Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
**Customer Service**
- Serve customers and handle in-store transactions.
- Come up with customer service SOPs and training guidelines or improve existing ones to increase sales and customer satisfaction

**Studio Operations**
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and organisation of the office and workshop, ensuring that office and workshop supplies are replenished at all times
- Handle workshop bookings, post workshop follow up and any other enquiries
- Come up with systems and SOPs for the office / studio or improve existing ones.
- Admin and paperwork to generate invoices, DOs, POs, etc.
- Manage studio assistants to ensure timely fulfilment of online orders

**Design and Marketing (Bonus)**
- Manage marketing calendar
- Assist in creating marketing content
- Assist in execution of marketing strategies and tactics
- Assist in social media postings, digital marketing and branding
- Assist in creating, planning and executing new workshops or art programmes

**Work Location**:

- Bugis area

**Commitment**:

- Full-time: 5 days / week, 9.30am to 6.30pm.
- Required to work on Saturdays

**Remuneration**:

- Base of $3000-$3500 + commission (depending on suitability and work experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
