**INTRODUCTION**

We seek highly motivated individuals to join us in our Coffee shop. They play a crucial role in the brand growth plans.

**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure food safety practice compliance with food and beverage standards
- Assist in designing menu improvements and involve relevant activities
- Assist in ad-hoc duties to assist when required
- Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from coffee to specialty drinks
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner, offering customers menu items, and understanding their needs
- Take orders from customers while paying attention to details (customer preferences for coffee brewing etc)
- Ensure the consistent quality of food and beverages, with good time management, and meet the customer satisfaction
- Monitor stocks for ingredients and ensure source material supplies are ordered in advance
- Assist in getting orders when needed and prepare menu items accordingly
- Work closely with management and service team to forecast demand and ensure efficient stocking
- Attend the course provided to ensure food safety and hygiene practices (skill development)
- On duty, daily cleaning of the workstations and premises before closing
- On duty, prepare ingredient selection and preparations needed for the next day if necessary
- Provide flexible working arrangements and be able to work on weekends with necessary payment schedules when there is short of staff or backup is needed.

**Work location and schedules
- Orchard Road/Downtown area
- Full times | 9 am -6 pm
- Five (5) days a week
- Career progression -programs can be provided

**Qualification and Skills**
- No previous experience is needed
- Team working skills (in positive ways to help others)
- Good communication skills (positive approach, efficient updates, reporting, preventive measure with care, friendly, solution focused)
- Energetic and always encourage other team members
- Self-efficient with able to perform with mínimal supervision on learnt and assigned tasks
