**About the Role**:
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for identifying and translating business / market / client and customer results, trends and data evolution into actionable recommendations to achieve team and company targets, and strategic direction. The Business Intelligence Manager is further responsible for implementing all technology tools and systems into their markets and continuously seek and drive further business efficiencies and effectiveness through process enhancements / re-engineering, system deployment as well as using artificial intelligence and data base modelling to further drive the data value proposition.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Continuously design, collect, and analyze relevant information to provide business / client / customer actionable insights and direction and identify areas of revenue enhancement
- Merge multiple data sources internal/external to ensure consistency in business advice
- Determine and establish customer/client maturity and develop suitable models to deliver against their needs and business objectives
- Continuously automate the business and make it more efficient and effective through systems, reporting and process improvement
- Manage centralized business intelligence and technology structure to support internal departments as well as clients
- Implement Regional and Global Business Intelligence and technology strategy into the country and clients
- Prepare and conduct monthly/quarterly business review to engage with client to establish and drive co-jointed business intelligence strategies
- Manage all Business Intelligence, technology and systems implementation and deliverables across all business units
- Implement and maintain relevant tools to service the market
- Coordinate all user queries, resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments and providers - and follow the appropriate escalation process where required
- The custodian for all internal data, reporting, quality and visualization

**Stakeholder and Project Management**:

- Manage all projects from scoping to delivery
- Manage all internal and external stakeholders expectations - from gathering requirements and scope to deliver against time and costs whilst meeting the needs that was put forward
- Align with all internal management on new processes, procedures, systems, tools efficiency and effectiveness and implement these to make the business better
- Conduct BI and technology risk assessments and mitigate against identified aspects.
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance

**People and Leadership**:

- Lead, manage and oversee the Business Intelligence team across multiple areas of responsibilities and delivery of team goals
- Build sustainable strategic vendor relationships
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the areas of technology, Business Intelligence

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ degree or above, with 4-5 years of management experience in a similar role
- Proven work experience in stakeholder and project management
- Detail oriented and proficient with data analytics and insights
- Prior leadership experience
- Basic knowledge in technical system/coding - for example, SQL, Python, R
- Logical thinking and strong business acumen
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
