Overview Business Intelligence Analyst - Business Intelligence, Cross Border at Shopee. This role is part of the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team responsible for close-loop data-driven business iterations, turning data into actionable insights to drive high-impact business changes. This role helps bridge business and technical teams through end-to-end data solutions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for Shopee cross-border business Define KPIs with stakeholders and develop metrics aligned with business objectives Lead cross-functional data analytics projects Create, monitor, and optimize reporting flows using BI tools from back-end to front-end Maintain data integrity and streamline data processes Gather business requirements to develop small- to medium-sized tools or simulation models to help the business achieve quick and meaningful goals Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in data analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics or other quantitative disciplines 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, engineering or related fields Proven technical skills: SQL, Spark, Python, etc. Experience in data analysis and process automation is preferred Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset Ability to tell stories with data and transform numbers into insights that drive business decisions Clear and concise communication with stakeholders Ability to identify root causes and solve challenges Growth and optimization mindset Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Industries: Internet Marketplace Platforms and Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
