**About the Job**:
The Head of Data at MoneyHero Group is responsible for overseeing the collection, management, and storage of data across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, data platforms, data quality control, and the ability to provide insights and solutions leveraging advanced technologies such as conversational AI, NLP, and generative AI. The Head of Data will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining an efficient and effective data landscape.

**The Head of Data will be responsible for**:

- Enterprise Data Model: Establish and maintain an Enterprise Data Model that provides a comprehensive framework for organizing and structuring data across the organization.
- Data Platform Management: Maintain and refresh the data platform and its underlying architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Data Quality Control: Establish data quality control programs to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Implement processes and tools to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Data Advisory: Provide expert advice and insights on data-related matters to stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven opportunities and recommend strategies for leveraging data effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Enable both self-service and customized reporting capabilities, empowering users to access and analyze data efficiently. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conversational AI and NLP Integration: Incorporate conversational AI and NLP technologies into the data landscape to enhance user experiences and facilitate future insights.
- Partnership and Vendor Management: Participate in the selection of data platform architecture and prospective partners. Collaborate with vendors to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data-related solutions.
- Data Security and Compliance: Work with the ISO to establish data management patterns for Personally Identifiable Information (PII), entitlements, and data classification. Ensure compliance with relevant data security regulations and best practices.
- Offshore Team Support: Advise on best practices for data and report preparation for the offshore team. Provide guidance and support in developing effective data and reporting processes.

**Key Activities (First 90 Days)**:

- Establish an enterprise data model and a reference data management solution.
- Participate in the selection of data platform architecture and provide requirements for prospective partners.
- Work with the ISO to establish patterns for PII data management, entitlements, and data classification.
- Advise on best practices for data and report preparation for the offshore team.

**Key Activities (90 - 180 Days)**:

- Finalize the business data dictionary and visualization layer.
- Make decisions around the data platform and select a partner for data visualization.
- Establish a data quality framework and IT controls framework for data reconciliation.

**Key Activities (180 - 240 Days)**:

- Drive faster time to insights by leveraging existing and upcoming data sources.
- Develop a real-time predictive dashboard for revenue projection.
- Automate group Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Establish lifecycle marketing patterns and practices, including self-service segmentation and exploratory/experimental segmentation.

**In this role, we are looking for someone with**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience in data management, data platforms, and data architecture.
- Proficiency in implementing data quality control programs and establishing data governance frameworks.
- Experience with conversational AI, NLP, and generative AI technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
