**Job Description**:
- Job Title: Snr Network/ Security Technical Engineer (PostSales)
- We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced deployment Engineer to join our dynamic team. The team here bring the solution and designed from the initial presales stage into actual setup for our clients
- Responsibilities:
- Position Overview: As the Senior Network/Security Post-Sales Engineer Team Lead, you will be a key leader within our post-sales engineering team, responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of our network and security solutions. You will lead a team of post-sales engineers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and support to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of post-sales engineers responsible for the implementation and deployment of network and security solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in resolving complex technical issues and challenges during implementation.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and support teams to develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Drive customer success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to network and security solutions, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline implementation and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a technical role within the network and security industry, with a strong understanding of networking protocols, security technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams, with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with network and security solutions from leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba/Juniper, etc.
- Experience with Cloud Networks, Containers will be advantageous
- Experience with project management should be part and parcel for project coordination and management.
