**JOB PURPOSE**

Responsible for the daily running of Operations Department. Ensure that all events are executed as per Standard Operation Procedures set out by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. Maintain the Academy in pristine conditions and exceed customers’ and students’ satisfaction

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for weekly Academy cleaning walkthrough and follow up on campus cleanliness
- Responsible for monthly Academy maintenance walkthrough and follow up on campus repairs
- Responsible for beverage control and inventory on a monthly basis
- Responsible to safeguard the Academy and its population against COVID-19 by actively checking updated government advisories and proposing/implementing new measures to secure the Academy
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of the Academy
- Responsible for the usage of utilities in the Academy
- Responsible for sourcing of suppliers and contractors to provide service and equipment to the Academy
- Responsible for purchasing food and beverage equipment to ensure efficient operations, and maintain high standard as expected by the guests and students
- Understand, support, and foster At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy’s culture and philosophy
- Be actively involved in the Corporate Planning Cycle for continuous improvement, i.e. 5 Ps, Performance Appraisal, Work Plan, Budget Planning, etc.
- Be an At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy ambassador inside and outside of the workplace
- Maintain a positive attitude and always be a role model for employees and students
- Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers and contractors

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION**

Possess a Degree in Engineering/F&B or equivalent 10 years related work experience

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Minimum of 1 year working experience on Facility Management preferably in the Education industry.
- Network/IT/Security System/VOIP/Electrical/ACMV/AV knowledge.
- Experience in Server Maintenance.
- Able to read and understand network/server architecture and topology.
- Able to read and understand Cisco Meraki dashboard to monitor network performance
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Skilful and effective in decision making
- Independent, creative, and motivated individual with strong project management skills
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess strong analytical skills & business acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in multiple locations and across functions
- Attention to detail

- Possess high EQ
