**Job Summary**

**The Assistant Manager / Academic Coordinator (Academic - Chinese Language) is a key member in the company’s management team in-charge of all programme’s coordinated by Academic Coordinators for Chinese Language classes.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Plan and align the overall planning of learning requirements to meet the company’s strategic needs.**:

- ** Supervise a team of Academic Coordinators staff to ensure smooth materials preparation is done.**:

- ** Coordinating with HR to ensure effective manpower planning and deployment of staff under the Academic Department - including recruitment, training, mentoring and performance appraisal.**:

- ** Develop and implement SOPs to ensure effective materials preparation, keeping of tutors records and performance.**:

- ** Work hand in hand with the main in-charges of our school holiday workshops.**:

- ** Oversee and review the implementation of safety management measures and overall security of our centres.**:

- ** Actively participate in business projects or company events as a team leader or as a team member.**

**Qualifications**
- ** Degree/Diploma/PGDE in Education (NIE/NTU)**:

- ** Passionate university graduates with no NIE qualifications and relevant experiences are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.**
