Singapore MODEC OFFSHORE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

1) Attend all job descriptions requirements for the position of Maintenance Superintendent;
2) Minimum 10 years experience operating with Oil and Gas industry;
3) Minimum 5 years experience working offshore with maintenance supervision;
4) Guarantee the managerial support for all disciplines within the Maintenance team, by supporting Supervisors,
supervising and following up status of critical services and operations for each team, in order to ensure the safe
and efficient functioning of all plant and machinery in the unit, as well as emergency equipment, thus contributing
to the production and revenue target achievement.
5) Contribute to the unit's annual budget planning (expenses and investments), by participating of the corporate
planning, providing information about resources, replacements, services and materials needs and other expenses
used in its activities, liaising with Supervisors to ensure accurate information.
6) Contribute to the continuous improvement of MdB fleet performance by participating or leading, when required,
RCAs, investigations of NOIs/NODs, HAZID/HAZOPs, following up CAPAs, sharing lessons learned and promoting a
culture of continuous seek for performance and integrity enhancement opportunities.
7) Guarantee the proper use of Technical Support departments, by ensuring that technical queries are properly
identified, recorded in the system and always directed to Onshore departments for review/study, promoting a
culture adherent to the company's systems.
8) Contribute to the proper planning of offshore activities by actively engaging in weekly scheduling meetings,
morning calls, etc, being supported by Planner Offshore in the scheduling of services to be performed onboard,
participating in discussions along with other Offshore leaderships. Furthermore, constantly analyze maintenance
KPIs to identify offenders (such as preventive plans compliance, backlog and manpower available utilization) and
work along with Onshore and Offshore teams to set action plans to mitigate deviations, engaging all Maintenance
team to close any KPI/indicator gap.
9) Experience with project and construction is mandatory;
10) Must have availability to go to China to visit the shipyard;
11) Experience with Offshore is mandatory
12) Experience with FPSO is mandatory
13) Required work for the project for 2 years and then sail with the FPSO to Brazil for 3 months, and work on this place for 2 years;
14) Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred;12) Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred;
10) Immediate availability preferred;
11) Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required;
12) Availability to move to Brazil.
