**JOB DESCRIPTION (Recruiter)**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to comprehend client requirements and provide insights for effective talent acquisition.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite, software and tools.

Skills & Attributes:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ethical and professional behaviourin all interactions.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
- Familiarity with industry-specific job roles and requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
