Our client is a prominent real estate investor in the region with impressive investment track record and global institutional investors. With over $150 billion in total assets under management, they have presence across key APAC markets (China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, India, New Zealand and Southeast Asia)

**Reporting to the MD, below are the key responsibilities**:

- Work in coordination with the team to ensure timely preparation of materials required for all relevant reports to the relevant fund at timing specified in such funds' documentation.
- Participate in all investor calls requested by the Company
- Reviewing and providing feedback on acquisition proposals for the relevant fund.
- Assisting with the structuring, sourcing and arranging of debt financing for real estate acquisitions for a relevant fund.
- Assisting in the implementation of investment structures, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulations, based on the research done by external advisors and other teams (Legal, Finance and Compliance) in the company in compliance with the relevant fund or project investment guidance.
- Co-coordinating as required on behalf of the relevant fund, due diligence activities, liaising with professional service providers, and reviewing the reports.
- Reviewing appraisal reports prepared by external valuers, ensuring the appropriateness of information provided to the valuer, and the method used by the valuer on behalf of the relevant fund.
- Assisting external legal firms / in-house GC with the review of legal agreements and documents, and legal filings for transactions (e.g. LOI, PSA, SPC related regulatory documents, closing documents) as relate to relevant funds.
- Assisting establishment of legal entities for relevant fund investments.
- Liaising with and assisting the Finance department in relation to the execution of approved derivative instruments (including interest rate hedging) as may be required for the relevant fund.
- Review of the delivery and execution of investment transactions between the Asset Management, Finance and Compliance team from perspective of relevant fund.
- Liaising with Asset Management, Finance & Compliance and Company Secretarial on an ongoing basis to ensure ongoing management of investment structures in accordance with tax and legal advice, compliance with loan covenants and compliance with rules and regulations of local jurisdictions from a tax, financial and legal perspective relating to the relevant fund.
- Monitoring project checklists, approvals and compliance with relevant fund documentation.
- Perform all other duties as would be normally required per real estate industry standard for persons in your position as Funds Manager and as may be reasonably further requested by the Senior Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate investment/fund/portfolio management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mantain relationship with various stakeholders
- Ability to lead more junior team members
- Enjoys working in an international environment
