**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT AT THE GAP PARTNERSHIP**

**THE ROLE OF SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT AT THE GAP PARTNERSHIP**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sorting, inputting or scanning of purchase invoices
- Account assignment and posting of purchase invoices
- Travel expense claims
- Invoice verification
- Processing, maintaining and reconciling accounts payable
- Independent processing of all questions arising in the accounts payable area
- Creation of Sales Invoices
- Ensuring all sales details are correct and assisting in queries from the sales team in relation to sales
- Bank Entries and reconciliation
- Intercompany AP and AR transactions including Invoices

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Studying towards a Finance qualification or QBE
- Commitment, team spirit, sociability and communication skills
- Professional appearance with a high level of service orientation
- Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative, commitment and ability to work under pressure
- Business fluent in Cantonese and English required, other foreign languages desirable, especially Mandarin
- Confident handling of MS-Office package (especially Excel) necessary and financial systems (Salesforce / Financial Force / Oracle NetSuite) advantageous
