Our client is an innovative company in the **cybersecurity and insurance technology**industry. They are redefining how businesses approach cyber risk through a combination of advanced analytics software and integrated cyber insurance solutions. Backed by leading investors and recognized by regulatory bodies, they are rapidly scaling across Southeast Asia and looking to grow their team.
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our client’s Direct-to-Customer (D2C) team and help drive growth in the cyber insurance segment across Singapore and the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify new business opportunities through outreach, prospecting, and due diligence.
- Engage key decision-makers to communicate the value proposition of cyber insurance, with the aim of scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate on sales pitch materials and assist in client-facing conversations to better understand their cybersecurity needs.
- Contribute to business development by supporting event participation and generating qualified leads.
- Work closely with customer success and marketing to explore new strategies for growth.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience targeting mid-market companies (revenue: SGD 10M-100M) within the cybersecurity or insurance sectors.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach—300-500 new contacts and 50-100 follow-ups weekly.
- Experienced with CRM platforms like Salesforce and familiar with lead scoring techniques.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
**Preferred**:
- Willingness to represent the company at events and exhibitions alongside leadership (approximately once a month).
