With the fast-changing landscape in Education and the rapid evolution of digital, we are seeking for a **Marketing Specialist **to join our dynamic team.

**How can you make an impact?**

We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist **based in our Singapore Office. In this role, supporting Asia, you will be responsible to co-ordinate and executing marketing activities for McGraw Hill’s new and existing products. You will develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities, and events.
- Co-ordinate and execute marketing activities for McGraw Hill’s new and existing products
- Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities and events
- Co-ordinate requirements for promotional material (premiums, banners, etc) as defined by the Head of Marketing, Asia, including production and management of physical premiums
- Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing
- communications
- Organise and manage events and associated campaigns such as annual Growth Summits
- Support the Marketing team by co-ordinating and collating content tosupport campaigns.
- Assist with the maintenance of the web operations system, Magento. Be proactive and review functionality, workflow, and updating landing pages
- Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files on Microsoft Sharepoint
- Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries
- Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilized to communicate with customers
- Carry out other related tasks as required

**Key competencies required for this role**:

- Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including the ability to concisely present project deliverables
- 5+ years of experience, including some level of technical expertise
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite of software solutions
- You are team-centric.
- You're a self-starter, willing to read and watch in order to learn.
- Ability to work successfully with little guidance
