**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coaching Courses Leadership:

- Lead and assist in the delivery for the AFC/FAS ‘C, B & A’ Diploma Courses, as well as assist, support and deliver, the FAS Grassroots and Introductory Courses, ensuring clear alignment with all the requirements of internal and external stakeholders such as Sport Singapore and the Asian Football Confederation.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Conduct and evaluate theory and practical assessments for course participants, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote their development.
- Continuous Education:

- Facilitate Continuous Coach Education (CCE) workshops to promote lifelong learning among coaches, enhancing their skills and knowledge in line with the latest coaching methodologies and practices.
- Administrative Support:

- Perform essential administrative duties to support the effective operation of coaching courses, including preparing reports, assessments and meeting minutes.

**Requirements**:

- Holder of FAS/AFC ‘A’ Diploma or equivalent, with substantial coaching experience.
- Deep understanding of the local coaching culture and a proven track record of developing coaching teams.
- Ability to coach and provide feedback effectively, tailored to the needs of individual coaches and course participants.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and presenting to large audiences.
- Proficient in the use of presentation tools and IT, facilitating efficient and effective course delivery.
