Senior Executive, Curriculum

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a Senior Executive, Curriculum who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team. The staff will work closely with the Curriculum team and other stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day operations of the School and ensure seamless coordination of the curriculum delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- To manage the Year 2 Curriculum, which compasses scheduling and coordinating teaching sessions with the content experts and booking of venues, uploading of preparation materials and resources on various online platform and preparing the monthly student bus schedules.
- To assist in the Long-term Patient Project course, which includes coordinating the tutorial session with tutors, assigning teams and collating student assignment
- To assist in the Year 4 Curriculum by supporting the team with the set-up of on campus-based teaching sessions including task trainers / manikins / simulators, video conferencing arrangements and session logistics
**Requirements**:
- A good university's degree in any discipline
- Experienced in scheduling management
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills
- Positive working attitude and enjoys working with students
- A good team player who takes initiative and is resourceful
- Able to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environment
- Able to multi-task and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneously
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
