**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
**_ What You’ll Be Doing:_**

Curriculum planning and design - Dive into our lesson planning process and get creative with educational content that makes learning fun and engaging. Research and brainstorm fresh ideas to help us design curriculum that students actually enjoy. TikTok trends in math? We’re listening. You will be working closely with our academic heads and senior teachers to relook, redesign and create interesting and meaningful lessons for our BT students

Classroom teaching - Assist teachers in the classroom, where you’ll work with students, support learning activities, and see the magic happen in real-time.

Curriculum research - Help gather and analyze feedback to make sure our lessons and curriculum are top-notch, up-to-date, and student-approved.
