The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department plays a pivotal role in ensuring we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health products, with efficient processes to allow optimal service to our customers. As a Contract admin in the Policy Servicing (Health) team, you will report to the Manager of the Policy Servicing (Health) team and handle policy servicing transactions of our IncomeShield plans.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Consolidating data from various report/system sources to prepare the upload list of incoming cases into system.
- Classification of Form/Transaction Type(s) and routing to the relevant processing staff to process.
- Any other adhoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisors
- Perform health policy servicing transactions such as alterations for policies, for example Change of plan type; Termination; Change payer; Change payment method, etc. within the expected turnaround time
- Letters preparation for the above-mentioned transactions
- Proactive in problem solving and contribute suggestions for improving process effectiveness and efficiency

**Qualifications**
- Have at least attained GCE '˜O' Level certification and above
- Able to handle multiple systems at any one time.
- Working experience in an insurance environment / Certificate in Health Insurance is advantageous
- Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
- Good problem-solving skills coupled with an eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Works well in a team
- Able to work extra hours when required
- Able to multi-task and take instructions well
