**Your impact**:
- Perform technical pre-sales activities in support of the SolarWinds products including:
- Conduct online/onsite product demos to solve customer's business problems/pain/challenges.
- Executing and managing POCs remotely/onsite addressing technical risks, questions or concerns.
- Building positive relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Maintain and continue to have an advanced technical understanding of the SolarWinds products and surrounding technologies.
- Provide training to other team members and different departments internally where necessary.
- Actively identify technical gaps and update/enable SolarWinds distributors/partners.
- Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Presenting at partner events, webinars, and conferences.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
**Your experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Business or Computing discipline or 3+ years' experience in ITSM solution engineering or similar role.
- Understand each customer's business, operations, and industry including the strategic business and technology goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining one or more of the following:
- Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, FreshWorks, SolarWinds.
- Configure, deploy and integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SolarWinds Service Desk
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data migration.
- Business-level English skills.
**Bonus Points**:
- Deep understanding of SolarWinds ITSM solution or other observability tools.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining industry leading ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow.
- ITIL certification.
