We are seeking a detail-oriented logistics & supply chain executive to manage day-to-day and optimize supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with stakeholders, involve in improvement of systems and processes.

In your new role you will:

- Perform **day to day logistics & supply chain transaction**:

- **Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders**, i.e. subcontractors, planners and 3rd party service provider
- **Assis**t Hub team for any **general warehouse operations topics and activities**from OSAT to Receiving Hub
- **Monitor and detailed follow up till issue/complaint closure**(book-in till GR/Put away) and find out root cause, permanent solution
- Involve and **support in warehouse and system integration project**:

- Responsible for **close monitoring of warehouse performance and improvement**in the systems & processes
- Generate and **prepare weekly KPI performance review**with LOG management and Planners
- Generate **regular and ad-hoc reports**to support operation process, monitoring and analysis
- **Coordination and backup support**for other locations OSAT receiving hub globallyHandle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisor

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor's Degree**in Engineering / Industrial, Business Management / Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Information Technology or equivalent
- **Minimum 0-2 years**of related Freight & Warehouse Management experience
- Self-driven, committed to lead others and is also a good team player
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skill**s, proactive and meticulous
- **Ability to analyse data and recognize improvement opportunitie**s
- Knowledge in Tableau, dashboard will be an added advantage
- Bilingual in English and Chinese / Japanese to liaise with Chinese / Japanese speaking suppliers and counterpartThis is a 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
