Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and talent trends to clients.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with clients.

Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to expand the professional network.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Headhunter, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role in a recruitment agency or in-house setting.

Strong knowledge of the Singapore job market and industry landscape.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
