Hotel SPA Therapist

The incumbent involves herself with the spa events/ promotions and other on-going activities related to the spa. Responsible for client satisfaction and delivery of excellent service

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Guest Relations and Service**

a) Ensure the highest standard of presentation of the spa at all times

b) Ensure the assigned therapy rooms is up to standard including presentation and stock control

c) Assist in all reception duties as and when required

d) Perform all therapy treatments

e) Assist in sales of packages of treatments.

f) Assist in all workshops and ensure the smooth running of such events

g) Follow up on clients treatments by scheduling clients’ appointments in advance

**Associate Learning & Development**

a) Deliver services according to spa required standard through constant training/upgrade of skills

b) Attend all training assigned.

**Monitor and Support**

a) Sales of packages and retail products.

b) Assist in coordination of workshops and any other events associated with the Hotel.

c) Ensure maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the rooms are well attended

d) Provide feedback to Management on clients’ feedback on services rendered by other therapists

e) Assist in monitoring stock of linens is well stocked; cleanliness of linens is up to standard.

f) Accepts any other reasonable request made by the Management.

**Treatments**

a) Adhere all treatment procedures

b) Adhere all client-care procedures

**Administration**

a) Be responsible for room cleanliness

b) Assist in updating notice boards, display cabinets and promotion frames with the latest information.

c) Ensure both retail and professional product stock is well maintained, update on stock cards or inventory to constant monitor the stock level

**Employee Relations & Development**

a) Be a good team worker by extending helping hand to other team members

**Reports & Meetings**

a) Submit document on time when it deemed fit

b) Attend meetings when necessary.

**Hygiene and Safety**

a) Ensure all hygiene levels are met in the Spa.

**Product Knowledge**

a) Be updated with all spa promotions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,010.00 per month
