**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing Sales order, Invoice, Delivery Order and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate with our partners/customers on their orders and delivery lead-time, installation and site survey schedule and update schedule to delivery and installation team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Plan and schedule online Shopee and Lazada orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment by 3rd party logistics such as QExpress SG or J&T express SG

**Requirements**:
