- 自動車の整備全般
- 定期メンテナンスの他、不具合申告時のチェック及び整備
- 状況に応じて、部品交換の提案・見積作成と作業の実施
- 関連業務全般Customer Technical Officer
- Job Specification
- Responsible for accuracy of invoicing
- Ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for Service customers
- Contribute sales growth and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Carry out service advice with customer
- Organise test drive
- Ensure all schedules for daily collection and delivery
- Handover vehicle to customer
- Ensure accuracy of data recorded
- Make cost estimates taking all-in prices and maintenance (in accordance with current value) into account.
- Customer service oriented to enhance service quality
- Requirements/Qualification
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma
- At least 3 years working experience in workshop setting
- Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with others
