Senior Manager - Team Lead within Corporate Banking Department with leadership quality, strategic planning ability, strong in execution and has the drive/motivation to achieve targets, focusing on origination, structuring, execution and maintenance of lending relationships for targeted corporate clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of large credit relationships across Asia. Provide financing recommendations that are tailored to customers’ needs through synthesis and evaluation of overall assessment of customers.
- Besides achieving P&L targets allocated, serve as a mentor for team members (total of 3-4pax per team) as they develop and/or refine credit recommendation, negotiation, and cross-selling skills/techniques.
- Providing full suite of corporate banking products that include, but not limited to, banking account, trade financing facility, bilateral RCF/TLF, syndicated loan and risk participation loan (funded and unfunded) etc.
- Identify and pursue holistic banking relationship opportunities as per overall business plan, with the view to expand and diversify client base of Corporate Banking Department.
- Working closely with Risk Management Dept, Legal & Compliance Dept, Operations Dept, Treasury Dept and other internal stakeholders to ensure swift approval and robust execution of transactions.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal credit/compliance/lending guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read & speak fluent Mandarin would be an added advantage, as Team Lead needs to communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders and external counterparts on a daily basis.
- Recognised Bachelor Degree or above qualifications from reputable first-class university.
- Accounting/Finance/Business related Degree will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with 10+years of relevant and solid corporate banking experience gained from international bank, with particular focus on Asia client base.
- Sharp business acumen and proficiency in corporate banking product/domain knowledge, as well as acutely attuned to regional markets. Ability to multi-task, adaptable, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills would be necessary.
