Sr Manager Program Management

The Sr Manager, Program Manager is accountable for program oversight, risk & issue escalation, and quarterly status/performance scorecard across multiple strategic programs. Close engagement whilst driving deep ‘end to end’ alignment within E&PS is essential

Program management is also expected to involve extensive coordination with business customers and enabling partners on a project-specific basis.

Equally internal communication and connection across E&PS COE’S, Boards and regional leadership will be instrumental to ensure successful execution whilst managing regional nuances across the sub regions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross functional programs that address strategic initiatives; scope of work will include:

- Setting up program structure/charters.
- Developing program metrics.
- Managing internal and/or external resource requirements.
- Ensuring comprehensive communication plans.
- Managing investment financials.
- Development of robust deployment planning.
- Providing executive updates, and assuring program outcomes/value cases are delivered. In each case a program close down report to be produced.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, related field (operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, construction management, business, etc.) required
- Focused degree in Business or related field preferred
- Six sigma certification, preferred
- Project Management methodology; PMP Certification is a plus

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

**Required**:

- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in performance management and defining leading/lagging metrics.
- Experience in risk/issue management
- The ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- The ability to adapt emerging methodologies and industry innovations
- Strong program management skills, proven organization, coordination and action tracking skills
- Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Preferred**:

- Global experience
- Familiarity within the facilities and engineering environment
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders
- Experience managing complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels
