We are looking for a passionate person who will be a part of the Employee Experience Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact as you'll ensure and maintain a well-organized work environment and create the best experience for our employees. You will plan and execute employee engagement activities, team gatherings and events, happy hours, and more. Be responsible for employee life cycle events and participate in all employee touch points. **So, what will you be doing all day?** - Act as a primary facilitator and point of contact for new employees through their onboarding experience - Assist APAC employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience - Develop and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events to foster a positive work environment. - Coordinate logistics and administrative needs for ongoing projects and team-building activities. - 1-2 years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist at a High Tech company / young startup - Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work - Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic - Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done - Great communication skills: written and verbal - Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude - Full proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite - Strong project management skills - Fluent in English, fluency in Japanese would be advantageous. **Why You'll Love Being a Similarwebber** **You'll actually love the product you work with**:Our customers aren't our only raving fans.
