We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Lead-To-Order (BPS). In this position, you will support our Project Management team to shape the future of our business by supporting sales excellence initiatives and sales strategy projects.

**Business Analyst Lead-to-Order (BPS)**

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Support of and contribution to national and international strategic or process improvement projects in the Lead-to-Order range (Sales Processes & Initiatives)
- Collect and prepare data (quantitative and qualitative) and information as well as present to project team and relevant stakeholder
- Conduct of business and market analysis to support sales excellence initiatives
- Analyze operational processes and structures in Sales, identify potential for improvements and derive conclusions
- Creation and maintenance of project plans and status reports and perform milestone monitoring
- Take responsibility for individual work packages with projects
- Support internal trainings within the different departments on new processes and tools

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- First project management experiences in areas of sales, marketing, and/or strategy/consulting will be a plus
- Basic knowledge on methods from the areas of project management, lean management or Six Sigma will be a plus
- Ability to communicate in a target group-oriented and confident manner and to convey complex topics
- Strong organizational, analytical and logical skills and very good problem-solving competencies
- Self-driven to develop new initiatives for the business to improve sales processes
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), MS SharePoint and CRM systems are beneficial
