As a **Systems Engineer (Networks)**, you will be responsible for the managing and implementing of large-scale IT/ Engineering projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements.
What will you do?
- Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
- Generation of Monthly Reports
- Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
- Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation
- Evaluate and upgrade firewall hardware and/or firmware
- Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
- Willing to do 24 X 7 standby
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology, or the related field.
- At-least 1 years working experience in IT Support, Network, Systems, Cyber Security type function.
- Familiar with Cisco data center switches, Routers and Firepower
- Strong knowledge on firewall and network infrastructure topology
- Ability to work independently or as a team player.
