- Overall 6+ years of Functional experience mainly with SAP CRM Services (Contracts Management, Case Management, Install base, Service Finance Integration, Service Confirmation and Middle ware)
- Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area
- Mainly looking for CRM Services. ECC - CRM integration. SAP CRM Contract, Service Order Management. Cross functional module integration, IBASE.
- Hands on in SAP CRM:

- Service Request
- ERMS
- Checklist
- Debug skills is plus too
- Requires Experience with SAP ECC SD or PS or PM/CS modules And good knowledge with CRM-ECC Sales and Services integration.
- Experience both with Project & Production Support knowledge
- Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs,
- Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
- Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with mínimal supervision.
- Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
