**Partnership Operations Manager**

Shape Zenyum into one of Asia’s most loved dental brands working with an ambitious and smart team to drive our Dental Partnerships side of the business. Working with our VP of Partnerships APAC, you will help drive brand excellence and business growth across our network of partnerships in nine markets. Based in our Singapore office, help drive our design route and plans of engagement with new and existing partners to create business opportunities for growth across the partnerships channel, and build a ecosystem that allows us to drive additional business opportunities with our dental partners. You will work closely and have the support of the HQ Product and Marketing departments and the local sales team to drive both technical and business performance.

**Your responsibilities will be plentiful**:

- **Product & Operations**: You will build, drive and monitor the most efficient processes end to end across our partners and our operations to maximize customer love and efficiency.
- ** Customer Experience**:You will represent the dentist's point of view and build journeys and customer experiences through our partners to make it the most exciting and differential in the market.
- ** Coordination**: You will be the connection belt across the company, meaning you will need to coordinate with our Product and Marketing team, internal Dentistry team and local market sales team to ensure the best possible client journey.
- ** Marketing and Communication**:Working with VP of Partnerships, you will coordinate our dental marketing strategy, bringing dental industry experience and insights to bridge our regional marketing strategy into the local markets, and implement professional communication processes into our partner network.
- ** Partner Clinic Support & Community**:You will help build an ecosystem and process that allows us to grow a dental community around the Zenyum brand. Collaborate with dentistry and marketing teams to plan our calendar of events and develop programmes.
- ** Insights Generation**: You will provide strong opinions and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners, task to work with the teams to identify key challenges in (1) our in clinic customer adoption and engagement process, (2) our product and service to clinics (3) our professional ommunication to partner doctors and dental community.

**We'd love to see that**:

- Minimally **5+ years** of relevant experience in **partnerships management, product management, or key accounts management**:

- ** Strong and tactful communicator**, with excellent** negotiation** and **stakeholder management** skills to develop rapport and longstanding relationships with client portfolio
