- Lead and motivate the clinical team to achieve patient satisfaction, high professional standards, and cost-effective operations.
- Implement and maintain the customer service SOP for the clinic.
- Oversee the collection of payments with accuracy and precision. Implement and maintain the payment collection SOP for the clinic.
- Facilitate smooth patient flow and ensure that staffs have in-depth understanding of every station within the operational flow.
- Implement and maintain the operational flow SOP for the clinic.
- Train staff on policies, procedures and adoption of new technology.
- Data reporting (of clinic statistics), asset management and clinic budgeting.
- Manage the clinic roster.
- Carry out clinical procedures, including health screening, answering clients’ inquiries and vaccination for clients as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Support the Medical Director and assist in duties as may be assigned.
